The prices displayed on our website are in Brisith Pounds.

DELIVERY

We charge a flat rate of £2.75 per order if delivery within the UK and £3.75 for Europe.  We will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours.  Orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class post.  Please allow 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will charge a flat rate of £4.75.  We will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours.  Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Air Mail.  Delivery times will be approx 5 - 7 working days from despatch.  Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties/customs fees.  Please contact your local customs office or postal authority for clarification.  Any such fees imposed on your goods are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange providing that you return the item to us within 10 days of receipt.  It should be returned in its original packaging and condition.  The cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense and the parcel and contents are your responsibility until they reach us.  Postage cost will be refunded if goods are returned because they are faulty.
